CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget Your Journey appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill another patron's appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.

Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 charge.

No-shows will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount. (Contact required.)

Any multiple services, combos, or last-minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A "hold" transaction may be placed on your card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability and fill those openings, thus better serving everyone. A Journey to Honor policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
